What Youll Do

As the Lead Front Office Operator, youll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. This is a hands-on leadership position where youll manage patient flow, guide financial conversations, and maintain an organized and professional front office.

Patient Experience & Daily Flow

• Welcome patients with warmth and build meaningful relationships.
• Manage the daily schedule, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Anticipate and address scheduling challenges, delays, and unexpected situations.
• Communicate clearly with patients and the doctor about schedule changes and patient needs.
• Keep the front office organized, energetic, and professional.

Check-Out & Care Follow-Through

• Guide patients through check-out and schedule their next appointments.
• Help patients stay consistent with their recommended care plans.
• Follow up on missed appointments and address scheduling gaps.
• Handle financial conversations with clarity, compassion, and accountability.
• Reinforce patient education and ensure they understand their next steps.

Patient Relationships & Practice Growth

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with confidence and professionalism.
• Support patient workshops and encourage participation.
• Build strong patient relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Encourage referrals, Google reviews, and testimonials to support practice growth.

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a highly customer-focused role is preferred.
• Healthcare or chiropractic experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation & Growth Opportunities

• Starting Pay : $23.00 per hour
• Performance Bonuses : Earn quarterly bonuses by achieving individual KPI scorecards and maintaining leadership standards.
• Pay Increases : Become eligible for permanent hourly pay increases through sustained performance across multiple quarters.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time, in-person position requiring 3640 hours per week. The schedule includes:

• Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 7:30 AM6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM3:00 PM
• Every other Friday: Team training (approximately 23 hours)

Attendance at all scheduled Friday training sessions is required.

Applicants must have the ability to commute to this location.
