Job Title: Grinding Technician Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Grinding Technician to learn and operate ID/OD, centerless, and thread grinding machines. The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of G code and GD&T (Blueprints) along with some machining experience. Our team will provide training to help you master the art of grinding.

• Learn to set up and operate ID/OD, centerless, and thread grinding machines.
• Understand and interpret G code and GD&T blueprints.
• Gain proficiency in using machining tools such as calipers, mills, and lathes.
• Assist with the setup and operation of Drake Grinding Machines.

• Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Basic knowledge of machining processes.
• Understanding of GD&T and G code.

• 2+ years of CNC Machining experience or a degree equivalent.
• Experience with centerless grinding.
• Familiarity with ID/OD grinding.

This is a Permanent position based out of Crystal, MN.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
